Clothing Suggestions
I love photos of babies with bare skin. Special outfits are also fun. For adults I suggest a plain shirt so you don't take away from your face. If you are doing a group photo, you should choose clothing that is in the same color family.

Maternity
The best time to schedule your maternity session is when you will be 32-36 weeks. Bring along a plain white and a plain black shirt. Choose pants that have a cute waistband. Any special clothing is also welcome.

Babies and Children
Bring bottles, snacks, and special toys along in a closed bag. Many times we need to give your child a short break to eat or play before they are ready to continue.

Viewing
Your photos will be ready to view in about two weeks. I like to go through and take out blinking photos and get creative with a few of the others. Photos will be posted on the web to view for two weeks. They can be posted again for a $20 per week republishing fee.

How do I reserve a date?
For portrait sessions, you simply call or email us and schedule your session. For weddings and events, you will need to put down a deposit to hold your date. You can download a contract here.

When do I need to pay my balance?
Portrait sessions (including bridal and engagment sessions) are paid for at the beginning of the session. For weddings and events, your balance will be due 7 days before your event date. When ordering additional prints, payment is due at the time the order is placed.

What should we wear?
You will want to wear clothes that look like you. Do however try to stay away from stripes and patterns. If you are doing a group photo, it looks good if everyone wears a shirt from the same color family and pants that are generally the same color. Bare feet are a good option too.

What should I bring with me for my portrait session?
Babies and Children: A special blanket, bloomers, a bottle or snacks are all good things to bring with you. We schedule time to take the breaks your child will need. On Location: You may want to bring a blanket to sit on or props to go with your location.

When can I view my photos?
Portrait sessions are usually available to view in your online gallery within 1-2 weeks. Weddings and Events are usually in their online gallery within 3-4 weeks. Photos will remain in their online gallery for 3 weeks. Photos can be republished for a $25 republishing fee.

How do I order?
You can call or email your order and send a check for the total (adding a 7% sales tax) or you can order directly from your online gallery. Be sure to share the link to your online gallery with your friends and family so they can order the photos they love too.

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time we accept cash and check. You may pay for reprints with your credit card when ordered directly from the online gallery.

Do you print the photos yourself?
No. I have all my work processed by professional labs.

How long until I receive my reprint order?
Depending on size and complexity of reprint orders, it should take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Holidays may increase the delay of orders. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Can you ship my order to me?
We will gladly ship you your order for an additional fee.

Yes! Word of mouth has always been our best advertisement. If you refer a person who books a wedding or event, you will receive a $50 print credit. Tell your friends to be sure to mention your name at the time they book their date!
